These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dreamji ("dreamji," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the dreamji website located at https://dreamji.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the dreamji Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Age Verification: dreamji strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations. If you are under 21, do not attempt to register.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the dreamji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
dreamji is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. dreamji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact dreamji support immediately.
Only one account is permitted per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Accounts found to be linked in violation of this rule may be suspended pending investigation.
All financial transactions on the dreamji Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). dreamji supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:
Prohibited Payment Methods: dreamji does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
Deposits are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier. dreamji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dreamji.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dreamji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
dreamji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No Warranty: The dreamji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dreamji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game thereon.
dreamji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, dreamji may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraud or Terms violations will be forfeited.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting dreamji customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact dreamji customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. dreamji will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. dreamji cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and dispute resolution processes.
dreamji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dreamji will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
